A true labor of love! From photographing, hand-cut, hand-glued, and blessed by me.
I wanted to capture and commemorate my return to my beloved Oaxaca; it has been 20 years since I last visited & to have gone back was surreal, overwhelming, and emotional.
While this zine captures some of my favorite pastimes as a kid, I have to lay to rest what was. In a second volume to come, I will dive deeper into Oaxaca and its impact on myself.
